TTB 2025. I was really impressed by this one. There was only 3.5g of this left, so I used it all up. I brewed grandpa-style at 205°, and there was zero bitterness. It was floral and sweet with a thick, almost oily mouth feel. I also got a note of citrus. I stretched the leaves as far as I could and ended up going through about a liter of water over an hour and a half, until it was too weak to keep going.
I’m really glad I had the opportunity to try a sample of this.
