Rough morning…pu’erh, make it better!

Evening perk.

For a young pu’erh, this one was pretty decent! The mouth and throat feel were not as smooth as the Supreme Yunnan or the Royal, but the flavors were rich, and it held its own through six or seven steepings, the final being simply sitting in the water for ten or fifteen minutes.

Noooo! This is the end of my bag of Coconut Red. It shall go on the shopping list, immediately.

That said, it is making for a nice, mid-morning cup!

As something completely different than Peet’s Holiday Breakfast Blend, I followed that with a pot of this Coconut Red. Love the natural sweetness.

It feels odd to be waiting until I got to the office in order to make my first cup of tea, but it is going to be delicious! In the meantime, I sit here, watching an epic struggle between sun and dark clouds, outside the window near my desk.

Truly a favorite tea of mine. I need to write a full review on it.

I am back, after some long and log-less travels! (I did drink tea, during them, though.)
Starting off my morning with a bit of oatmeal and some of this delicious and naturally sweet black tea. No, the tea is not in the oatmeal…this time.

Almost out of this one too. Hmmm, if I am out of four teas by a company, does that mean a journey to that tea shop is in order? I think so!
