Although this tisane contains a lot of lemongrass, it doesn’t have the oily Lemon Pledge taste that two of my family members say turns them off from lemongrass. I happen to like lemongrass well enough, so it didn’t bother me to see lots in the blend.
The tea does have a tart apple taste but the hibiscus did take away from it a bit for me. Overall it has thin body but the apple flavor is pretty nice. I preferred it today as an afternoon iced tea over hot, as we had it last night.
