Bird and Blend was kind enough to send me a sample size tin of this with my most recent order. I was very curious about the new matches that were released (when am I not curious about new tea flavors?). I made it as an iced latte sweetened with honey, and the peach flavor was distinct but not overpowering, and there’s a bit of a crusty note. But, I find that almost all of Bird and Blend’s matchas have this buttery note that is always pretty odd. Because of that buttery flavor, I didn’t like this as much as I was hoping.
