Not the most remarkable shou, but it is unique nevertheless. The aroma is weak and perfumy with hints of nuts and parsley. The taste profile is a mix of earthy, savoury and sour notes. There are nutty flavours as well as a mildly fruity flavour of juniper berries.

40 – 50 _ I didn’t really like the tea, but it is drinkable.
0 – 40 _ I would prefer to avoid the tea.
