This tea does wonders for my rampant anxiety. I don’t know if it’s Halifax, my age, the season or what but I am more anxious than I have ever been in my entire life. Work has slowed down so now I can focus on my future – whatever will 2015 hold…
Enter The Big Chill. I would pick this one over Mother’s Little Helper any day, although the valerian root in both teas does make me feel drowsy, this one tastes so so much better imo.
I find the vanilla to be at the frontline (smooth and creamy), just a hint of mint and refreshing but soothing lemon ties it all together. I don’t drink it for the taste though, more the relaxing properties, it just happens to be tasty as well :3

Might need to try this…I’m super stressed out these days, and trying to battle it. No matter how much I tell myself not to worry about this or that, or that I have little or no control over certain things, I still stress and obsess and worry, etc. And I know it’s bad. i just can’t seem to break the automatic nature of it.

I know that feeling exactly Amariel! I’m also reading a book about mindfulness and taking time to breathe, it’s been very helpful as well. Don’t be afraid to try new things, you are worth it!
