One of my favourite tea bag teas. This tea needs (and stands up to) a fairly long brewing time to get the full depth of flavour – I usually steep for a good 5 minutes. This brings out a well balanced spice to tea ratio, which when coupled with a teaspoon of honey and a goodly splash of milk, is enough to save even the most stressful of afternoons.

Very tasty, but then, it’s basically apple flavoured sugar dissolved in hot water. Delicious hot, but also amazing to sweeten iced tea.

…also a fantastic rimming sugar for making cocktails!

While I’m not normally a fruity tea person, this one was the exception. Not bad hot, but amazing iced.

A sleepy tea that actually tastes great! I can’t comment on its effectiveness in aiding sleep, but it’s certainly soothing to drink. Very pleasant with honey.

Not the best Monk Pear on the market, but not the worst. A nice variation on earl grey flavours, the jasmine really gives it a lift.

A pleasant but unexciting tea. Needs to be brewed quite strong, or it can tend towards being a bit insipid.

Tried this tea hot & cold, and iced is the only way to go. I found it really quite medicinal when served hot, but as an iced tea it really is delicious and refreshing.

Preparation
Iced 8 min or more

This is my favourite Earl Grey at the moment, but be warned, it’s quite fruity. Medium bodied, it’s a good tasty cuppa.

A bit hit-and-miss, this tea is either amazing or meh. I think the more recent batches have been heavier on the sweet aspect, without toning up the associated flavours, which possibly went a bit too far. Used to be my favourite T2 dessert tea, but the Caramel Brownie is a much more interesting & reliable option. This one needs to be brewed quite strong.
