Straightforward but spot on with chocolate roast. So good.

Excellent. Vanilla heavy, but with one of the most seductive noses yet for an earl grey. Very delicate.

Rich, almost chocolatey, earthy. Pretty fun nose- like hersheys milk chocolate, and dried fruit (plum and cherry) too. On palate, such rich toasty, nutty caramel notes but with a freshness and florality, and a lingering caramelized red fruited tartness. Mega deal ($5/oz)

drank Da Hong Pao by Ten Ren

This was sold in a small black tin for $25 (for an about 10g) at their Chinatown shop. Clean, brisk, crisp, mineral. Some roast chili. More cleanly delineated aroma than much run of the mill Da Hong Pao, but not worth the $.

Love this. Toasted barley, new spring growth and fresh wood chips. Really luscious texture, with nutty and umami filled green tea notes that are still fresh.

Delicious, balanced with seductive Bergamot flair. Archetypal EG.
