Right now the peach & apricot trees in my garden are thinking of blooming.
I have a longstanding love affair with peaches, & in the past have really loved certain peach teas. More recently I’ve felt disillusioned with them. Several of my tea trades included every peach tea you could imagine, & some were better than others. With peach you often get a VERY artificial flavor. So I’m not as into peach tea as I used to be.

Having said that, this is actually pretty tasty! The first time I had it, I wasn’t sure how I felt about it. Today, I’m loving it. Peach, Mango, & spices. I needed something dessert like, & this is a nice treat.

My son Leif really likes this, so it’s almost gone…

I’m not honestly sure that I’ve had a truly delicious peach tea before, though my search has not been particularly extensive. If someone would manage to come out with a line of authentically fruit-flavoured teas, that would so be the best thing EVER

I really liked Peach Momotaro blooming tea from Teavana. I’m a fan of white teas and peaches. I can’t say I’ve had many other peach teas though.

@ Kittenna Nosy Bey (Dammann Frères) is really a good peach tea, and Mélange de Galice (Theodor) as well. Very natural teas

As a peach connoisseur (i had to), none of them really ever taste as good as actual peaches. There’s this donut shop here that has the best peach black I’ve ever had and I think they added something to it to make it so amazing.

Kittena: Agreed!
Ysaurella: Nosy Bey was quite nice!
I use to really love Art of Tea’s Peach Oolong, & I think I might still have a little of it around here somewhere, but admittedly, I’ve had it for…ahem…quite some time.

I’m so excited to have found this community! I’m a self-employed Harpist (acoustic & electric – Originals, Classical, Rock, Jazz, etc) & Singer/Songwriter. My days & nights revolve around teaching at home, playing gigs, gardening,& fixing awesome food to eat. My schedule is different everyday, but I just go with the flow, & I sip a lot of tea!

My love of Tea began with Herbals back in the 70’s. One of my favorites was a licorice blend from House of Hezekiah, an old tea shop in Kansas City. There was also a tea with mint, rose petals, chamomile, etc called Nuclear Casual Tea.
In the 80’s I gave up caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, (& a few illicit substances…), and brewed medicinal blends & tinctures to support 4 pregnancies (all children born at home). In the 90’s my love affair with green teas began when I discovered ‘The Republic of Tea’. Their beautiful teas & packaging inspired my original song, “TeaMind”, from my CD “Zen Breakfast”. If you’d like to hear the song for free, drop by my website.

In general, I drink my teas straight, but occasionally I add a pinch of Stevia & maybe some coconut or almond milk (I’m allergic to dairy, gluten, & various other things & avoid most sweets.)

I’ve explored a variety of teas:
Whites tend to be a little bland…sorry
Oolongs – wonderfully sensual
Roobios – I’m not a fan in general
Puehr – a fairly new direction for me
I’m not a huge fan of flavored teas, but I do make exceptions, & I’ll try just about anything once.

And Black Tea, Oh how I love thee!!
I am on a quest for the most wonderful breakfast cup! I will find you, my Love!
