From Teeccino

Zesty turmeric and ginger highlight roasted dandelion and chicory roots with stimulating bitters, sweetened by licorice root

Need to shift your health meter towards optimal? This potent brew can do it! With the bitterness of dandelion and chicory roots sweetened with nature’s naturally sweet licorice root and accented by the pungency from both turmeric and ginger you’re going to sip this brew and be pleasantly surprised at its delicious flavor. In fact many people confess they were sure they wouldn’t like it because they’ve tasted other turmeric drinks that weren’t to their liking. Then to their delight they found themselves loving it on first sip!

#SVTTB Round Two – Tea 5/???

Sipdown (2226)!

When I placed my Teeccino order last year I didn’t see this flavour available, so I had to take the opportunity to try it. I have to say, this might be one of the rare Teeccino flavours that I don’t actually like. I thought the presence of licorice root was unpleasant in contrast to the deeper and more bitter roast notes. It clung to the back of my palate in a sickly sweet way. Worse was the fact the turmeric erred very savory to me. So this was a little more like drinking a very dark, roasty broth (like some shou) but with the unpleasant sweet finish.

Glad I tried it, but very happy to not ever revisit this particular flavour.

Good to know! Now where did I put that dandelion coconut Teeccino, I’ll need to drink that later :)

Strange VariaTEA TTB: Tea 25

The ingredients in this spoke to me since I have a cough and sore throat. I also assumed I couldn’t really taste tea so I figured the flavours in this I don’t usually like, I wouldn’t taste. That said, I hated this. It’s very heavily roasted. I added honey and I liked just that because everything else was just strong and unpleasant.

Ha ha, you can blame me for this one! I bought their dandelion sampler and this is one of two flavors I didn’t feel inclined to try… :P

VariaTEA

It was a convenient caffeine free option so thank you for that but also it was terrible tasting so good for you for having enough sense to pass haha

Didn’t care for this one at all. It tasted like hot sweet spice water. I barely tasted the base.
This one and the Red Chai blend were my least favorites in the whole sampler pack.
