Hand-picked tea from organic gardens from the cultivar, which was created by crossing the original Taiwanese tea tree Shan and Assam cultivar. It is characterized by a heavier, malty, sometimes honey and full taste and a strong aroma, which is unmistakable with another type of tea and in which the tones of spices and herbs (mint) develop. In this case, we had spring tea mixed for its aroma and summer tea for a deeper and more intense taste, making its taste noble and the texture pleasantly smooth and velvety, intense aroma with a pleasant fruity undertone, which is a sign of a well-made, hand-picked tea.
