Oolong “Bai Rui Aroma” was made in October 2018 in the Tongmuguan Nature Reserve (medium degree of fermentation, moderated heat).
In appearance: middle-sized, lengthwise twisted leaves of brown colors. The aroma is intensive, spicy-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, amber color.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, with woody, biscuit, nutty, floral and fruity nuances. The aroma is warm and deep, woody; cold aroma is sweet, floral. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, sweetish, with delicate fruity tartness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot boiling water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.
Oolong “Bai Rui Aroma” is an excellent ceremonial tea with multifaceted taste and warming, relaxing effect.
