Fresh, sweet, smooth and a great expression of the Alishan terroir, our 2021 Spring Alishan Oolong is back in stock. From a smooth vegetal start, through its thick buttery mid mouth, to its lingering floral aftertaste, this one is about as ‘Alishan’ as it gets.
Grown on the same low intervention garden as our Alishan GABA Oolong, the similarities in quality are easy to see. A great tea for beginners and veterans alike, this tea is what high mountain oolongs are all about!

So glad you’re enjoying them, and best of luck on your exam! ❤
Don’t talk about exams… pretty please.
Can’t wait for break from work, but then my studies start again.
