From Choice Organic Teas

After plucking, the leaves are lightly bruised and briefly oxidized to create a subtle, mild-tasting organic tea. Ours has a gentle earthiness and a delightfully aromatic character.

What can I say about this Oolong tea? That its ordinary…yes. I can’t find anything that stands out about this tea except that its organic. It does taste like an Oolong and its an ok tea. It’s drinkable, but I like exceptional teas and this is just not one of them. Another sale tea (2.75) at the health food store.

Made off with this when the organic grocery in my neighborhood closed. Now I need to find out another place to get it, because it’s delicious!

I added this to my no-frills work tea “library” recently since loose-leaf isn’t practical with our building logistics. More toasty than fruity (baked apple peels, maybe?) and tends to quench your thirst rather than dry your tongue. A plus that this brand is readily available at our Natural Grocers.
