Others here are right. It is one of the most powerful Earl Greys in term of scent out there. It can be easily overbrewed and turned it to harsh black liquid. One teaspoon for two cups of tea is definitely enough. If prepared properly, this tea tastes very well and pleasant. Fragrant but natural, strong yet soothing. It is all about how you prepare it.

let’s get down to it:

Flavour: Sharp bergamot, rich, almost sweet.

It bites your tongue. It hits your mouth with a richness not seen in cheap teas.

Do Ghazal is good iced or hot.

why 75?
it’s rich, almost creamy, but leaves you hanging when you finish it, much like a missed high five.
It gives you caffeine, flavour, but not much else.

This is a strong Earl Grey – the Black Tea is actually the star of the show here! The earl grey flavor is there, but wow this tea is so black it can be harsh! Perfect for waking up or keeping going on a busy dreary day. The leaves are very small (ground up) but you get a large bag of it in the box.

Oddly I find this tea to be much better Iced than served Hot! It becomes a wonderful refreshing drink during the summer – brew it hot, and pour the hot Do Ghazal onto ice. Delicious – add just a pinch of sugar.

Hot – depending on your tolerance for harsh black tea, you will probably need Sugar to drink it.

I would recommend it if your open to trying all types of Earl Grey and experimenting with tea – its interesting.
