Part of the Adagio Rooibos sampler. Not crazy about the aroma in the pouch or after steeping. The unagreeable smell is the cocount (which doesn’t smell much like coconut). The “coconut” taste overpowers the rooibos, and I can’t taste any of the pineapple. Would not buy or recommend.

This is definitely a balance between coconut and pineapple, neither one is overly powerful. It’s a good flavor to pair with the red grass rooibos base. There’s nothing quite like this on adagio, so it’s well worth a try. Fruiter than pina colatta, but not as sharp as a citrus tea. It’s a sweet, creamy, caffeine-free treat!

Glad I got only the sampler size. I was all excited because I like the honeybush vanilla tea I have from Teavana. I’ve since learned that HV from Teavana isn’t rooibos- just a close relative. Rooibos Tropics doesn’t even smell that good to me- it reminds me of a chemical used to make a bad aroma smell better. I tried it and did not enjoy the flavor at all. I could tell it was supposed to be tropical, but I didn’t get a clean, clear taste of tropical elements. It’s a muddier mix overpowered by that chemical aroma.
I think I will save this tea to mix with others.
