8 Tasting Notes
This tea is a keeper. I love the blend of peppermint and spearmint with chamomile. There isn’t much of an aroma but it has a nice minty flavor that stays with you after each sip. The mint isn’t as robust as Stash’s Moroccan Mint but it’s very close. When I called Stash for a recommendation for a caffeine-free option to replace the Moroccan Mint, this is was what was suggested (and they sent me a free sample). This tea is very soothing and quite enjoyable.
Preparation
The aroma is wonderful, very spicy and sweet. The tea itself was a little underwhelming. I steeped it longer than usual based on other reviews so that it would, hopefully, have a more robust taste. It has a light sweet flavor but it doesn’t taste like either cinnamon or vanilla. I mostly taste the chamomile and rooibos. I would drink it again but not if I was specifically craving a cinnamon tea.
Preparation
This tea is not what I expected. The fragrance was divine. You could definitely smell the pumpkin and all the lovely spices – it almost had a chai scent. However, I couldn’t taste any of those things. It just tasted like plain black tea to me, which was a bit disappointing. I will drink what is left in the cupboard but I’m not sure I’ll purchase it again. Maybe I’ll try it with a little honey and see if that brings out the flavors.
Preparation
Not the best mango tea I’ve ever had but still nice. It has a lovely fragrance and color. The taste isn’t overly sweet and there is no bitterness. The fruit flavor is more of an aftertaste then a full flavor. Despite other people’s comments, I prefer this tea hot. It seems a little sour to me when it cools. However, I would drink this again.
