Infusion #2
This infusion has a nice mellow gold color to it. It’s still sweet and has a very gentle sweet-wood flavor going on…quite crisp! Nice! I like the 2nd infusion better than the first!

I often find myself liking the later infusions of pu’erh much better than the first… much more complexity, and usually a bit more subtle. I have a fondness for the “Ancient Arbor” teas, you just seem to be able to taste the rich life the trees have lived. :)
A friend told me the Lao Lin Cang tea factory is no longer producing, which would be a real shame. They made some really good teas!
