Backlogging from this afternoon. I still haven’t figured out how to make this right. It keeps coming out almost intolerably strong. I only used one bag for a regular sized tea mug! Maybe it needs a 2-minute steep time?
I still think this tastes smoky. I know I can’t be the only one.

After 10 years on Steepster, I have given up. The lack of maintenance, updates, and mobile compatibility have finally discouraged me. I still use my Cupboard and add teas to the database, but I won’t be logging teas anymore.
