TeaEqualsBliss hit this on the head for me when she said “Chocolatey-cigar type” that’s exactly what it reminds me of and it does have a slight milky/creamy taste to it. Not my cup of tea, but the quality seems to be good so if this taste strikes your fancy then this would probably be good to try out.
This is a very odd flavor combo to me…but not in a bad way, it just caught me off guard! The tea is light and the jasmine is in the background on this tea, which I figured would be the star of this tea, but no the cantaloupe is! Very refreshing, good tea!
Normally this type of tea isn’t my cup of tea, but I decided to try it simply because it sounded yummy and it tastes just like a caramelized pear, point blank! The pear is sweet and juicy tasting with a hint of tartness as it slides down the back of my tongue. Kudos to the Art of Tea for blending a great tea with great flavor and balance!
This tea has a very strong rose taste with background notes of marzipan. The black tea is smooth and not bitter. However the rose is overwhelming to me, perhaps just too much for my taste… I would have liked more of a marzipan taste with a hint of rose, but to each their own! If you like rose this is a plus for you, I actually have about 1.5oz of this tea left that I am looking to swap with someone if they’re interested.
This tea is very smooth and light tasting. When I open the bag the peach scent smacks me in my nose, but it’s nowhere near that strong once steeped. The white tea is delicate and the peach is more of an accent, very nice and comforting tea, but be careful about the water temp. and how long you steep it or it will become very bitter!
