Im not a big green tea fan, but this is pretty good.
If you steep it long it can have a bitter edge (3 min).
Just steeping for my more normal 1 min, it’s pretty smooth and green.
Preparation
180 °F / 82 °C 1 min, 30 sec 1 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML
