The Citron reminds me of a smooth grapefruit flavor, very deep and sweet, tart, but not sour. The Green Tea is blended well and is still there. I like this blend.

This reminds me of some of the Lupicia blends but this is a bit more mellow and subtle.

The citrus fruit flavors are present but the green tea is still the main flavor here; an excellent blend.

This tea is a bit on the bland side. Can’t really taste either the rice or the green tea.

A well balanced fruit blend. Not too fruity; it still has tea flavoring – the mellow mango and papaya are not sickly sweet like other blends I’ve tried.

Fairly fruity tea; the green tea is subdued and in the background. Mostly peach and other smooth fruit flavors, overall an okay tea.

A decent green-rice tea. This has more rice flavor than others I have tasted but it is good. Tastes like toasted brown rice with the green tea in the background.

Refreshing and caffeine free, excellent when you have to work late but don’t want to stay wired all night.

Strong, full-bodied tea. Although this is good, there isn’t anything outstanding about this tea.

This is a good, strong tea with rich flavors. Personally, I don’t care much for English Breakfast blends unless I need to clean the palate (which is good for mornings, actually). I would definitely recommend this one to English Breakfast fans.

This is a fairly strong tea. My first cup (yesterday) was steeped 5 minutes or so, and second cup (today) was done for 60 seconds.. This really tamed the tea~ even at one minute, it still has that harsh, astringent undertone but not bitterness.

I don’t have a sensitive palate but I do tend to shy away from harsh and bitter flavors. For instance, I can’t stand raw celery and olives – the smell/taste is way too intense. I find coffee to be too muddy/earthy, tea is light and crisp.

I find plain, black tea to be either too bitter or a bit too bland – unless I’m adding cream and sugar. I love flavored black teas; flavored rooibos is great as an evening drink; and light, grassy green teas are wonderful. Oolong and Pu-erh teas are good too but haven’t had as much exposure to them. White teas I’m still on the fence – one day I hope I’ll find one that I’ll like. I don’t like the spiced teas (e.g. chai)

My Grading Scale:
80-100 – Excellent Teas. These are the Teas I crave all the time, even when trying out new teas.

60-79 – Good Teas. I drink these occasionally.

50-59 – Passing Grade. These are worth a try again

Below 50 – Would not recommend, and probably will never try again
