13 Tasting Notes
A wonderful white tea. Tried this at a cafe in midtown – they are stocking this brand as part of their ‘Weekly World Teas’ menu – absolutely loved it. Subtle notes of grape and wine and the astringent quality notable to Darjeeling teas. I learned that word today too!
Flavors: Grapefruit, Muscatel, White Wine
Preparation
The most exciting tea I have had! Maybe that is not the right word to use, but this tea is so flavourful and different from anything else I have tried before. Where do I start – first this tea has an aroma unlike any other, with different fresh fruit aromas coming up the moment you open the pouch. Second this tea never seems to overbrew no matter how poorly you time your teapot/strainer. Third, I followed the website instructions and made an iced tea of it – first you brew and then you iced the brew and add just 1-2 spoons of sugar/splendor into a large jug of upto 1000 ml and it will be a splendid sweet iced tea! Recommended to all my friends from Georgia and the South in NY to make iced tea with this!
Flavors: Berry, Fruity, Mango
