Brewing Instructions
First Brew: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup (8 oz. or 250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. For iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons and ‘cold brew’ overnight in the refrigerator.

A wonderful white tea. Tried this at a cafe in midtown – they are stocking this brand as part of their ‘Weekly World Teas’ menu – absolutely loved it. Subtle notes of grape and wine and the astringent quality notable to Darjeeling teas. I learned that word today too!
