I think I’m in love… ahhh. Wait, is it lust? it could be lust! Rosey teas tend to push me in that direction ya know. and papaya, apparently.
Deeeelish!! the fruit notes bring that natural sweet tone and hides most of the earthy rooibos that sometimes can be too much for me. The rose… well, that just makes it lovely. I love rose in my tea… *sighs…
Thank you so much to Tealish for the free sample!!!

I recommend it! esp if you enjoy fruity tea, it’s more present than the floral note which just adds a nice background note
You make this one sound sooo irresistible! I know you seem to enjoy this one better, but do you find it resembles DT Jelly Beans or Swampwater? I’m thinking of ordering it but want some comparison first, trying to avoid more of the same!
Hmm I’ve never tried Swampwater. This is more flavourful than the Jelly Bean tea, and floral to. Somehow, it just seems to go deeper, ya know what I mean?
thanks! and yep, know what you mean, I was so ready to dive in Jelly Bean… I do like it but it does lack in the debth departement… now I have to get me some Rainbow!
Bonnie, I agree!… mind you, DT was founded here in Montreal where summer and spring last as long as a blink! So if I have to choose, I go with good fall and winter creations!
I do want to come to visit Montreal, cheaper than going to Europe too! I loved Vancouver and Victoria last Sept. but I was with 2 teenagers and didn’t get to drink tea. Went into a teaopia though. Bought MAPLE TEA, such a tourist!
TeaFairy: I can’t wait to see what you think! I’m thinking about getting more myself, when I’m done my other rooibos’. and I <3 Montreal! well, I know I will when I visit anyhow!
Bonnie: I so agree, they really drop the ball in summer/spring.
We stopped in Montreal during our drive! It was gorrrgeous, even when the sky was grey and the trees were all dead from Winter! I would love to go back in the summer/fall :)
All 3 of you Gals are welcomed to visit anytime! Montreal is indeed a great city, but Bonnie, if you’re looking for a real Europe substitute, Quebec city is also fabulous, with its Château Frontenac and Plaines d’Abraham! p.s. one sure thing in this world: maple syrup is NOT overated, so nothing tourist about that!
DaisyChubb, glad you enjoyed your short visit in the winter, Mtl really comes to life in the summer, hope you can make it someday:)
Enough said! MTL tourist industry is about to give me a job!!
IndigoB: I haven’t been thrilled in the past with Tealish, but based on this review, I will make a new attempt and try more of their teas, maybe I’ll be lucky this time around!
This sounds like a good candidate to be a Rooibus that I would enjoy. Sounds good for summer, too.

Is it me or does it seem that DT does Fall and Winter better than Spring and Summer tea?
