It’s nice and sweet, I wouldn’t say I get a particularly vanilla flavour from it though. Just sweet. I like it, it’s quick and easy to prepare on the run because I don’t need to add any sweetener and it’s pretty much impossible to get clumping (I’m assuming because of the coconut nectar blend?), but I probably won’t get any more of this once it runs out. Mostly because I need to use more of it than straight matcha per cup and find that it’s running out very very quickly, whereas straight matcha lasts forever using the little spoon.
It might be nice to try if you haven’t tried matcha before and are curious though! Bit more user friendly I think :)
… Side note, I had this at my parents’ place, and my mom declared that it tasted like strained peas. As I haven’t had that since I was little, I really couldn’t tell ya. ┐(ツ)┌
Matcha is one of the few things I haven’t tried. This one sounds like a nice place to start.
I think so! And can get away with whisking it with a fork, which is pretty nice for dipping your toes without feeling the need to get the shmancy little whisk.
