I love this tea.
This is the first single estate black tea I tasted that I never felt needing milk. I was afraid adding milk would taint this beautiful beautiful tea.
It is amazing.

Brew note: 3 infusions, first steep 1 minute, second steep 1min 15sec, third steep 1min 30sec.

I love it!
This is basically apple juice without all those fattening sugar.
I can have a cup of this tea anytime!

I really like the bergamot flavor in this tea.
The Darjeeling in Canton Tea’s Earl Grey is really nice, however I prefer my Earl Grey with a bolder tea. This tasted a bit too delicate for my taste.
It is still a nice Earl Grey tea.

You know when people said they dislike Earl Grey tea because they found it tasting like cleaning solution?
This is the perfect example of that cleaning solution-like taste. Yuck!

This is the perfect blend to make Builder’s Brew.
Strong and bold. I love it!

Paid HKD103 (roughly GBP9, USD13.5) for 200g loose leaf.
I guess I shouldn’t buy generic Darjeeling tea, I was bound to be disappointed.
I wished I had saved my money and time for a more special single estate second flush Darjeeling.

Note: I always make my tea in teapot. I put in 240ml water at first steep, another 240ml at second steep.

For bagged Earl Grey, I think it tasted pretty good, although it is a rather expensive teabag.
I like my Earl Grey tea bold, so I don’t mind Assam in the blend. I like a pungent bergamot taste in my Earl Grey too. So this is totally my cup of tea. Pun intended ;P

I drink this tea whenever I crave a black currant juice drink, just to avoid all that unhealthy sugar.
Very nice alternative. I like.

I like this one for the summer. Very refreshing.

To all the nice people in the Steepster community:
Please, find some real sencha by a Japanese tea house or even just an Asian tea house, and taste that.
The so called ‘sencha’ from Tea Forte was not sencha.
Once you taste the real thing, you will never go back to Tea Forte for their sencha.
Trust me.
