I just finished my sample of this (thanks, silentrequiem!). It was good, but the flavor was subtler than regular green jasmine tea, which I prefer. (This was the first lichee tea I’ve had. I’m a big fan of green tea in general, and I prefer it’s thicker and earthier flavor.)

I finished my sample of this yesterday. (Thanks, silentrequiem!) It was good, but I prefer regular green jasmine tea to this lichee tea. The flavor of this tea was a bit too subtle.

Despite the 6+ inches of snow outside right now, I enjoyed this iced tea. I made it last night (and put it in the fridge overnight) with about 5 tsp of tea and 2-3 tsp of rock sugar for ~32 oz of water. Apparently this tea doesn’t actually have any watermelon in it, but the mix of fruit they used does taste a bit like watermelon. The amount of sugar was perfect; this tea was fruity and sweet without tasting artificial or syrupy.

Preparation
3 min, 0 sec 5 tsp 32 OZ / 946 ML

This is great! I really like this tea. I’m not a fan of all fruity green teas, but this one had a perfect balance (and the cinnamon is an excellent addition). This may be one to buy again.

(Sample from silentrequiem. Thanks!)

This tea has a very unique flavor. It’s been over a week since I had it, so my memory is weak… I recall that my overall reaction was a positive one, but I need to try it again before I can say more.

(Sample from silentrequiem. Thanks!)

This is a perfectly fine tea, but it doesn’t stand out in flavor. I can taste the blueberry, but there are other blueberry teas I like more.

(Sample from silentrequiem. Thanks!)

This is my second time having this tea and I’m a fan. I don’t taste most of the flavors listed (lime, lemon, etc.)… maybe I taste coconut? Whatever I taste, it’s good! There’s a mellow creamy-fruity flavor that balances the black tea nicely. This could be a tea to get again. It reminds me a bit of Della Terra’s Rainforest Nectar, which I liked a lot more than this one… but they’re not selling it anymore, so…

(Sample from silentrequiem. Thanks!)

I hate to break it to you but they’re also not selling Mojito Italiano any more either. :-/

Whaaat? I seem to be having the same experience with Della Terra as you are with Teavana.

At least Della Terra will reblend if you ask and give them money.

I didn’t know that. Thanks for the info!

I’ve had this at least three times but it seems I’ve never logged it. I got a small sample of this from Persimmon and it’s quite nice. There is a creamy sweetness to this white tea. Sometimes it seems like it might be too faint, but actually it’s perfect. It’s a satisfying subtle flavor. I wouldn’t change it by adding sugar. I’m almost done with my sample and this might end up being a buy-again tea. It resteeps nicely as well.

I started drinking loose leaf tea in December 2011. I usually use Teavana’s Perfect TeaMaker at home, and their Remi Mug at work. Some day I would like to have a cast iron set… a red one with dragons!
