100
drank Paris by Harney & Sons
30 tasting notes

I love, love, love this tea! I first purchased this last Spring as my introduction into Harney & Sons; I am so glad I did. I used have Earl Grey (Creme) every morning, but this quickly replaced that. I find Paris tea difficult to oversteep(, which is great for me; I am very absent minded) and unbelievably smooth. You can easily taste the caramel and hint of vanilla if drank straight, but Paris really comes alive with a touch of honey. Or, at the very least, I believe so.

I recommend this to anyone interested in trying a new company but don’t know where to start. This is a Harney & Sons’ pièce de résistance!

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 3 min, 30 sec
