431 Tasting Notes
This was a lovely gift sent to me by Sanctuary T (“Thank You!”) and I have found it a delicious addition to pastas, omlettes and much more. It give the dish an added depth and character. Just a dash does it all. Enjoying it in some lightly seasoned Greek style noodles with feta and pimento stuffed green olives. Delicious!
Sweet but not tart. I liked this because the blueberry tasted authentic. For a full review…

WOW! Absolutely love the website! I think it’s the best tea review site I’ve seen. Your Tipu’s review from yesterday really interests me. While I love the regular instant for the very fact that they don’t include dairy or sweetener, I’m definitely interested in trying it. I find it odd that they use soy though. Interesting. I just hope they don’t discontinue the current instant.
Thank you, I am glad you like my site. I am just starting out but so far have enjoyed playing around with my blog. As for Tipu’s based on your preferences I have to say that you would love Sample A. I doubt they will discontinue the original. I believe this will be an additional selection to purchase.
A sweet creamy lemony delight. For a full review…

Tried this again today and I will say I really did taste the flavors. It is a nice light chocolate flavor. I think the coconut really adds to the flavor. It is naturally sweet but not overly. It is slightly creamy. Overall a decent cup.

I just reviewed this little jem on my blog. Check it out for a full detailed review…

I really so enjoy this. I made it in my Yixing pot this time, it was fun. The leaves opened up so beautifully. Wonderful on a dark and stormy night while watching Lord of the Rings which I just noticed is available to stream on Netflix.
Preparation
Oh, I so desperately want some. I contacted thepuriTea, but they won’t have more in stock for a couple of months. I might dedicate my little Yixing pig teapot to it. :)
Thank you Jaime for sending me this tea to try. To my surprise I am the first to review it. Overall a decent cup of tea. The peach flavor shows first and the lychee tapers in deep tones towards the end of the sip. Although it was a pretty decent cup I didn’t find it over the top and would probably not purchase any in the future. It is one of the those cups of tea that taste good at the moment but the memory fades once the cup is empty.
Preparation
Thank you Jaime for sending me this sample to try. I found it very interesting and very sensitive to water temperature. I made this once as if it were a Rooibos and steeped it for 6 mintues in error and it was terrible. This is the second time around and for some reason I treated it as a black tea and used boiling water. However, I steeped it for 2 1/2 mins and it was infinitely better. I still found it a bit bitter but the tropical flavors did shine a lot better this time around. Next time I will be sure to use a lower temperature. I have high hopes that it will be much better.
How did you get so lucky? :)
Long story that ended happily.
It is good stuff! I can’t eat tomato soup without it now.
Wow, that sounds like a great idea. I will have to try it that way.
