Lovely cup with a nice balance of spice, almond, and vanilla. This tea could easily become my go-to blend during the cold winter months.

Dry leaves had strong chemical, artificial aroma. Once infused (as recommended by Harney & Sons), however, the aroma had a fresher cranberry-orange aroma, although there was a melted hard candy undertone in the liquor flavor.

I was really looking forward to trying this tea. First infusion—time and temperature as recommended by Adagio. Flavor very vegetal, but not particularly pleasant. I am definitely not picking up the sweetness others have noted. I’ve varied the amount of tea, time and temperature as others have noted on the boards—still not a strong contender. A disappointment.

drank Rooibos Sweet Amore by Teavana

Sweet, woodsy aroma in dry leaves, but tisane flavor has strong cinnamon top note—like cinnamon red hots. Brewed as recommended by Teavana: 1.5 tsp/8 oz. Overall, flavor is not as strong or varied given the additions of almond, peach, pear, and apple in the blend. A bit of sugar may help—

Take 2: Infused with some rock sugar. Cinnamon aroma with apple notes and maybe a bit of pear sneaking through. Still retains the tartness of the rooibos, but the fruit flavor is more pronounced. This would be great iced for summer, thus the improved rating

Absolutely adore the aroma of this tea—-flowery, vanilla, creamy notes. Liquor smells like sugar cookies. Very smooth, light, absolutely no bitterness. Wonderful cup at any time!

As a life-long coffee drinker, I’m always looking for the morning caffeine fix. Almond, chocolatey aroma which grows as liquor cool. Infused with a bit of rock sugar with a dash of milk added. Pleasant rich, creamy flavor. Really tasty.

Spicy aroma, but not overpowering; reminds me of hot cinnamon candies. Tannin level a bit high for my taste, but a dash of milk helps smooth this out. A warm, comforting cup.

Black tea blend with flower petals, cloves, cinnamon, fruit pieces (no description of additions to tea given.) Strong cinnamon aroma with fruity notes. Some cinnamon flavor in the flavor of the tea, but not much else. Will keep looking for my favorite “seasonal” tea.
