I have tried it again today, though it is “afternoon” tea, I had it in the morning.
I shaked a bit with the pouch, took three teaspoons and steeped bit longer, I think it could be around 5 minutes.
It was more tea-prominent, even bit bitter. But it was how I was expecting it :) Bold tea with baked bread notes, as I said, maybe bit bitter due to long steeping time. But elderflowers were nice and making it bit more sweet and floral, I noticed hints of lemon as well. It was much better than last time. 63 → 78 at least for now.
By the way, I copied reviews posted here to their Etsy profile and “wrote reviews” there as well. This is the answer I got:
“Hello Martin
I would like to thank you for taking the time to write such thoughtful reviews- I really appreciate it.
If you want to order any of our other teas I will send you one as a gift for any one you order- just send me a note as to what you would like to try
Thanks again
Dawn"
So, if I understand that right, if I place another order, I will get free tea?
Flavors: Bread, Floral, Lemon Zest, Malt
Sounds like it to me.
Yes. You have to place an order to get your freebie tea but that is a nice gesture on Dawn’s part.
Thank you! I wasn’t sure as non-native speaker. :)
You did the very intelligent thing that a LOT of native speakers don’t ever do-you asked. : )
Nice!
