The second infusion of this tea is even better. The spices are somewhat smoother (still quite lively, just not as powerful as they were in the first) and the white tea is very soft and … I want to say “warm and fuzzy” tasting. Not that it tastes fuzzy exactly, but that is the way I feel very often when I drink a white tea – the delicate nature of the white tea is just so luxurious – it’s like curling up in a warm, fuzzy blanket. Something sumptuously silky and soft.
The spices seem to enhance this feeling because they taste so comforting. The sun is not quite shining – it’s been kind of a drizzly day, so this cuppa is just perfect!
Yay for teas that give you warm fuzzies! I wonder how it is iced?
It would be more spice and less white tea as an iced tea (my judgment based on how it tastes cooled to room temperature). Still good but the white tea is a bit more delicate. It is more like a blend of spices than a tea.
