I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it. Swampwater, although is nowhere close to as weird tasting as its name may lead you to believe—leaves me unsure as to whether I will buy it again. It’s just ok. It kind of gives me a green tea vibe.

This tea smells soooooo good. Like ice cream and candy. I almost want to just eat it. It tastes just as good! I brewed it for the allotted time, and then stuck it in the fridge until I was ready to drink it. (usually brew then put my tea in the fridge/freezer for cold drinks)
The lime is not bitter, its sweet and it actually has a bit of a green tea after taste to it. Very refreshing, and great for a hot summer day.

drank Coffee Pu'erh by DAVIDsTEA

This tea taught me that just because it smells good doesn’t mean it taste good. I bought 50g of it online, and I wish I didn’t because now it’s just sitting there.
I’m a coffee drinker and I bought Coffee Pu’erh to see if I could find coffee’s equivalent in tea form. Sadly this is not it.
It smells like chocolate and coffee, so good. But once it’s brewed the taste just doesn’t work. It tastes odd… I can’t really explain it. Not quite like coffee, maybe like a bad hot chocolate with a caffeine aftertaste.
I tried it both hot and cold, added milk and creamer, tried steeping it longer/shorter and still didn’t like it. I guess this tea just isn’t for me!

Maybe you can find someone to swap with in the forums! :)

drank Kanpe Tea by DAVIDsTEA

I can’t explain how much I love this tea! It was the first tea I tried from David’s (thanks Karen!) and I always end up restocking this one. It’s definitely a staple. I drink it cold, and kanpe is basically like drinking fruit punch! Not to sweet or over powering but very enjoyable.

I received two samples of this tea when I ordered from Davids online. I drank it cold both times. It tastes exactly like watermelon, fruity and refreshing. I wasn’t a fan of the aftertaste at first—it kind of tasted a little like medicine. It may just be in the way its brewed because the second time I made it, I used a little less tea then recommended and I enjoyed it a lot more! No medicine like aftertaste and just as refreshing.

Second tea I’ve tried from David’s and it’s pretty good. I think Kanpe is still a front runner and I just tried a Luscious Watermelon sample and it might just beat Tropicalia.
I drink Tropicalia cold. It has a subtle fruity pineapple taste. It smells so good, I almost just wanted to eat it ;)

With a british mother you would think I would love tea, but beside the occasional drink when I was sick or some mint tea I was never a big tea drinker.

That all changed when my friend introduced to me to David’s Tea and the idea of drinking tea cold! Now my obsession with tea is beginning and I’m here to find and drink new and tasty tea’s!
