Bio

I used to drink Lipton hot tea with lots-n-lots of sugar. But I always missed the every day green tea I grew up on in Japan.

I don’t like bitter. Period. And I cannot get my green teas to brew without the bitter so I am now a fan of oolongs which I can’t screw up.

I have lived Tokyo & Yokosuka Japan, Ottawa Canada, McMurdo Antarctica, California & New Jersey & Georgia & Alaska & now Utah.
