255 Tasting Notes
A very rich and very nutty tea, with a slight refreshing mint.
The chocolate taste does not overtake the overall richness of the tea, very balanced.
I added more rock sugar than I usually add to other teas, approximately 2 teaspoons.
Preparation
My second favorite chai tea, the spices are what really make me enjoy a brew of this.
It is very rich and spicy, just the right amount of kick that accents well with the woody oolong flavor.
Sweetened with just about a teaspoon of rock sugar.
Preparation
The smell is a blend of sweet citrus and lightly nutty, with the combination of almonds and pistachios, and a subtle spice.
The taste mirrors the aroma exactly, giving off a delectable quality blend mixed with light white tea.
I added half a teaspoon to compliment the sweet citrus.
Preparation
I am not quite sure about this one.
Right away, this has a very strong floral aroma mixed with chai accents, which is quite overwhelming as you are sipping it.
It is a very light flavor that starts subtly, but explodes once it passes your tongue, not too spicy with a slight nutty taste.
I can see this as a nice nooner tea, it does not overwhelm with taste, and it does taste pretty good.
Preparation
This has quickly become my favorite morning tea.
Very buttery, lightly sweet, and extremely dreamy; a perfect description would be like drinking a delicious cookie.
Because of the quality of the blend, you can’t really taste the black tea over the almond flavor, which I add just under a teaspoon of rock sugar to maintain sweetness.
