Our Organic Jade Snail was grown in a Ceres certified organic tea garden in the Wuling Mountains in Western Hunan at an altitude of around 1200 m. This spectacular landscape provides excellent forest cover and abundant water sources to grow amazing teas. Traditionally two leaves and a bud are handpicked in early spring. The tea is then rolled into a snail shape during the panfrying process.
