Also known as Pi Lo Chun or Biluochun, this high altitude green tea is grown on the remote mountains in Jiangsu province. The delicate downy leaves are pan-fried according to traditional methods then hand-rolled into the lively spiral shape. The floral liqueur opens with subtle hints of pineapple and finishes with sweet, silky touch similar to Bavarian cream.
