From Whittard of Chelsea

Inspired by the classic ginger beer cocktail, we’ve concocted a gingery infusion that’ll have your taste buds tingling all summer. Whole pieces of candied ginger give that distinctively sweet, spicy bite, while lemon balm and peppermint leaves make for a wonderfully refreshing brew with a bright, citrussy aroma.

Ingredients

28% Candied Ginger (cane sugar, ginger) (contains traces of sulphur dioxide), 25% Apple, 24% Ginger, Sweet Blackberry Leaves, 5% Lemon Balm, Flavourings, Lemon Peel, 3% Peppermint, Cucumber

Preprared this tea in French press for family, steeped for 5 and something per liter of water.

Well, it is quite nice, ginger – based tea, but quite sweet for me. Reminding me ginger lemonade a bit. But nothing really great or unique – for example I do not feel cucumber at all!

But thanks Izzy for sample! I would not rate it.
