I used two spoonfuls of dry leaf for my 450 ml thermos. The vegetal taste of this green tea is very prominent. Toasted and nutty throughout. Floral notes on the aftertaste. A very delightful flavour overall- a lot of what I’m looking for in a green tea.

For the second infusion, I extended the brewing time to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. There is a nutty taste that is able to come out more. The toasted flavour is still present. There is a very noticeable floral aftertaste. When chilled, this infusion has a strong, bitter, leathery taste.

For the third infusion, brewing time stands at 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The flavour is mainly metalic with some of the toasted taste coming through. There are very slight hints of floral taste. Vegetal and floral aftertaste with hints of nutty.

This tea would likely not do well past its third infusion.
