From Turmeric Teas

Cooling organic peppermint loose leaf tea with turmeric root.
A refreshing blend of peppermint tea with turmeric root, fennel and a touch of black pepper to cool off on a warm summer day or to simply unwind before bedtime. Caffeine free.

Ingredients: Organic peppermint, Organic turmeric root, Organic fennel, Organic black pepper.

Steeping instructions:

1 tsp / 95 ̊C / 5 minutes.

Makes approx. 20 8oz cups.

1759 tasting notes

This is very minty! I like it. Not all that spicy, and a lot milder than expected. Almost reminds me of camomile which takes the bite out of the mint.
I’m used to mint taking more of a background role, so it was nice to finally find a blend that uses it more front and centre without it being the main ingredient. So I guess, a mid note?
