Anyone have some loose leaf tea recommendations that are as yummy and effective as this tea??? A perfect accompaniment to any meal, works amazingly well for indigestion and nausea ;-)

Mint tea, Chamomile tea, Pu-erh is good for the stomach.

I swear by shu puerh to settle my tummy after big meals! Haven’t tried it with nausea yet, but I’ll definitely think of it next time I’m under the weather! :)

I found that what was giving me trouble for years was a food allergy. Worth checking out. I am allergic to beans so can’t drink rooibos or honeybush tea. Allergic to potato and nightshade family foods. Pay attention to what you eat that upsets your stomach and make notes. Keep track. Then look online. You could have a common allergy. Or see your Doctor and ask.

Mountain Rose Herbs has a loose herbal tea called Happy Tummy Blend, that has a ingredient list similar to this tea.
Also, fairly cost effective at 6.85 for 4 ounces.

Where can I get some good “shu Pu-erh’s”? I never had any pu-erh’s before..what are they like/similar to? Do they have alot of caffeine? I am definitely going to look up Happy tummy from mountain rose herbs… I have alot of their essential oils (aromatherapy) and they are of very high quality ;) Thank you all for the suggestions..keep em’ coming ;)

I had strayed over to Yogi Teas for a while, but had gotten tired of the licorice in everything they offer. So with a recent bout of what may be acid reflux (not sure, but it runs in the family) I am trying to be very kind to my tummy.
This tastes pretty good actually- minty/herby. It actually seems to be working, and what’s more the sinus headache I had all day finally start to go away.
I have a few coupons for Traditional Medicinals (they’re in just about every magazine I read), so I think I’ll return to them next time I have an ailment.

I get acid reflux too but mint seems to make it worse… :-/

Ugh. It does say on the box to use caution when taking it for acid reflux, but it seemed okay for me, so far.

I tried this as a replacement to my Refresh by Tazo staple to see how it would hold up to easing my stomach. It was hard to wait for a 15 minute steep time to complete, but I brewed up two cups at the same time, as it recommends 2-3 cups. The herbs blend together nicely. I can taste the mint and licorice. It leaves the throat a little dry. I’d drink this again when the situation arises.

If you eat a meal that is to large or you feel so full you are uncomfortable this tea is the solution, no need for tums or Rolaids or just being miserable one cup of this will put you back in your comfort zone. As well as fixing tummy troubles it tastes great and has a mild minty flavor

This is a nice blend of mints, chamomile, and various herbs. I find is soothhing and it tastes very good. I will be drinking this as an every day herbal tea rather than just after meals or when I am sick.

That sounds like an unusual mix of flavors.
