Yes, let the spigot water cool and keep it to just a minute and it’s a sweet vegetal with hints of berry. I wonder how this would fair as a tea cocktail?
This was a surprise gift from Newman who had read about my trip to the tea and champagne bar in NYC. Not only did it have a nice note but it was the most observant gift I’ve received in a long time!
