•Fully-oxidized
•Orthodox style: FTGFOP
•Significant European-style ‘green’ leaf
•A bright first flush – but without assertiveness
•Clean, pure,intense aroma
•Medium, golden-amber hued liquor

Steeping Instructions:

Use 2 teaspoons (2-3 grams) per 6 oz of water
Steep 1 infusion at 1-2 minutes.
Water temperature should be 185° – 195° F
