Its name in Chinese, literally “the wrapped kind”, refers to a practice of wrapping the leaves in paper in packaging. At its best, Pouchong gives off a beautiful floral and melpn fragrance and has a rich and thick, mild taste. This tea has find reputatable names of “the morning dew fragrance” or “the spring mist”.
