From Silk Road Teas

A delicate, green tea from Fujian Province that is a true taste of spring. The select leaves are pan fried and hand–rolled, capturing a fresh, sweet flavor unique to the season. Note the very small rich green leaf and its pale color after brewing. Be gentle with this tea. Steep in water temperature of 165 – 175 for 1 – 2 minutes.
