Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending this tisane my way.

I am not a big fan of herbal tisanes like this one, but, that being said, this is one of the better night-time blends that I’ve tasted in a while. It is not overly chamomile-ish, the peppermint is mild, and while it does take a while for the anise to kick in, by about mid-cup I taste a lovely licorice note that is sweet and tasty.

Not bad. Not my favorite from Shanti Tea, but, it is doing it’s job.

I won this in the weekly (Monday) twitter contest @ShantiTea – they also have contests on their ShantiTea facebook page. I was able to pick out any tea I wanted when I won.

I don’t like that I am unable to find the ingredients list.

I choose this one for the name, and also because I have enough caffeinated teas and needed more caffeine free choices.

This is a ho-hum kind of tea, it’s not bad but it doesn’t stand out in any way.

Yup! Smells like Herbs and Flowers. I’m slightly concerned about that but hope the minty hints help with the taste.

It’s very mellow and light in many ways. The mint is barely there. I can taste a variety of herbs and chamomile. Another flower is helping to cut the herbal type taste a little bite…perhaps a rose.

This is alright. Mellow and mild. If that is your thing…give this a whirl.
