DONG Maojian: The shape of the tea-leaf shows as eyebrows, it looks tenderly green and gives off lasting fragrance. The color of tea water is shallow green bright. Physical and chemical tests prove that it contains abundant amino acids, natural zinc, selenium and other trace elements.
Brewing guidelines: Glass cup; 3-4 grams per time, or based on personal taste. The first infusion is about 85-90℃ or 185-194F of hot water for 2-3 minutes, and the second is about 3-4 minutes.
Brewing steps: firstly warm up the cup with hot water and discharge the water. Secondly add tea (3-4g) into the cup, shake gently and smell (aroma and fragrant). Thirdly add 1/3 cup of about 90℃ boiled water into the cup, shake gently for 10 seconds and smell. Finally add more water as the first infusion.
Infusion time: at least 4 times.
