Our organic Mao Jian Green Tea has long, attractively-twisted green leaves with silvery tips, made from the tender new growth of the tea bushes. The leaves of this classic Chinese green tea yield a yellow-green infusion that is delicate, sweetly vegetal, and hinting at asparagus, with increasing pungency the longer it is allowed to infuse. A rare find among organic green teas!
