Chocolate Lovers Rejoice! This proprietary blend is composed of 4 rare high mountain black teas and 3 fine high mountain estate grown cocoa nibs. The nibs are roasted fresh for RTC and aged with the tea in oak barrels for a period of 3-6 months. Tonga Island Vanilla is added to create a milk chocolate infusion.

Had this after dinner at Acadia restaurant in Chicago. Bold amazing coco flavors. This is my first encounter with Rare Tea Cellar and I looked to purchase online. This an incredible tea for a high-end restaurant offering but $60 for 1/4 lb is a bit much for me to keep it at home.
